The Center for Catalyzing Change (C3) has initiated several successful programs to empower girls and women in all stages of life in several states of India, since 1987. They design solutions that mobilize, equip, educate, and empower girls and women with practical life skills, improved confidence in personal decision-making, and increased self-esteem. Their program, Pahel, launched in 2007 is the baseline model of our training for the elected women representatives.
